Shipping:

We ship to United States of America and International.  Please email with questions on international shipping charges shown on the web site during the checkout process - less expensive options are available but the package cannot be insured or tracked.  High Voltage RC will not be held responsible for undelivered international shipments.

All returns must be authorized by High Voltage R/C, either by postal mail or e-mail within 3 days from receipt or your order.

• All returns must have a copy of the original sales invoice.
• All damage claims must be made with the carrier within three days of receipt of your order.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
• All return items must be in good resalable or original condition. They must be in the original packing material, with any manuals or accessories included.
• Limits Of Responsibility: We accept no responsibility for crash damage. It is impossible to determine, for certain, whether crash damage was the result of a radio system failure or pilot error. We accept no responsible for crash damage occurring during the use of a radio controlled model.
